ATLAS Finance System ("ATLAS," "we," "us") is a personal and shared finance tracking application. You manually enter or import your own financial data — accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, and recurring bills — and ATLAS organizes, totals, and displays it back to you. ATLAS is not a bank, is not a money transmitter, does not hold or move your funds, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures shown (balances, net worth, budget progress) are only as accurate as the data you enter.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use ATLAS (in most places, this means being at least 18, or the age of majority where you live).
A workspace can have more than one member. If you add someone to a workspace, the financial data in it becomes visible to them, and vice versa — only add people you actually intend to share that data with. If you own a workspace with other members, you'll need to transfer ownership to another member before you can delete your own account; see our Privacy Policy for exactly what account deletion does and doesn't remove.
Use ATLAS only for its intended purpose: tracking your own (or your workspace's) legitimate financial activity. Don't attempt to access another user's account or workspace without authorization, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use ATLAS for anything unlawful.
ATLAS is not currently offering paid subscriptions. If and when a paid plan is introduced, these Terms will be updated with the specific billing, cancellation, and refund terms before that plan becomes available for purchase.
You can permanently delete your account at any time — see atlas-finance-system.vercel.app/account/delete. We may suspend or terminate access to ATLAS for activity that violates these Terms.
ATLAS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it calculates is accurate — always verify important financial decisions against your actual bank/institution records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATLAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ATLAS after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to concepciontherapyllc@gmail.com.
This is a first, functional draft written to accurately describe ATLAS as it exists today — not a substitute for review by a qualified attorney before public launch, especially regarding liability limitation, arbitration/dispute resolution, and jurisdiction-specific requirements this draft doesn't address.
